- ALL REGISTRATIONS will be paid in advance of the Event.
Refunds will be made if you are unable to attend provided we are
notified IN WRITING three (3) weeks prior to the EVENT. NO
REFUNDS will be made after this date. A $25 service fee will be
charged to process refunds.
- All occupants of the vehicle must be registered to the Event
and must sign the Event waiver to participate.
- Drivers license and valid proof of insurance will be shown
to Event officials at the time of registration.
- Only vehicles with a maximum tire size of
40 inches will be allowed on the property
- There will be at least one (10 person in my vehicle 18 years
of age or over who will be responsible for all occupants of my
vehicle.
- No occupants of my vehicle will consume alcohol or illicit
drugs while on the trail or at base camp.
- I will not wash my vehicle on or near lakes, rivers, streams
or ponds out of respect for the environment.
- I will not bring my pet out on the trail.
- I will carry no firearms, fireworks or sirens.
- I will adhere to Tread Lightly! principles while on the

- I understand that any violation of these Rules will result
in the termination of my participation in the Event and the
forfeiture of all Registration fees.
- I understand that LAJOC 4WD Inc. and Associate Land Owners
connect be held responsible for any damage or loss that may
occur to my vehicle and it's contents.
- I ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK for any bodily harm,
injury or death.
